1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

Citrus House makes premium dehydrated and dried citrus garnishes for cocktails and food use. All products are made from 100% real fruit in a licensed commercial kitchen in Ellenton, Florida, under FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP-aligned processes.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Pricing

3.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any confirmed order in the event of a pricing error, inventory issue, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued promptly.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement, except in cases of a clear pricing error. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay and other payment methods as allowed on the Shopify platform. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

3.3 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is added to orders as required by applicable state and local law based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If a package is lost in transit, contact hello@citrushousecraft.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. We stand fully behind the quality of every order we ship.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@citrushousecraft.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion, with no return of the affected product required.

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

6. Wholesale & Retail Partner Accounts

Wholesale and retail pricing is available to qualifying businesses including bars, restaurants, bottle shops, specialty food retailers, and event caterers, subject to approval at our sole discretion. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that you are a legitimate business entity authorized to enter into a commercial relationship. Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms are communicated separately and are subject to change.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to Gather Around Brands, LLC and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written permission. “Citrus House” and associated logos are trademarks of Gather Around Brands, LLC.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: violate any applicable law; engage in fraudulent transactions; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the Site; attempt unauthorized access to any system; or use automated tools to extract data from the Site.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Site uses third-party services including Shopify (e-commerce), Mailchimp (email marketing), Google Analytics (analytics), and Meta Pixel (advertising). Your use of our Site is subject to these providers’ own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party sites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GATHER AROUND BRANDS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to class action participation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
