This Cookie Policy explains how Gather Around Brands, LLC, operating as Citrus House, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies — including pixels — on our website at citrushousecraft.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Advertising / Targeting Meta Platforms (Third-party) Meta Pixel (fbp, fbc, _fbp). Tracks actions on our Site and shares behavioral data with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure ad performance and enable targeted advertising. Under California law, this constitutes ‘sharing’ personal data. Opt out: our Consent Preferences page or facebook.com/ads/preferences. Disabled by default for California users until consent is given.
Marketing (Opt-in only) Mailchimp (Third-party) Mailchimp Tracking. Set when you subscribe to the Citrus Club or click a link in a Mailchimp email. Used to track email engagement and personalize email content. Only active for subscribers. Opt out: unsubscribe from emails or contact hello@citrushousecraft.com.
Performance Shopify (First / Third-party) Shopify Analytics (shopify_pay, etc.). Shopify sets additional cookies to track checkout flow and conversion events. See shopify.com/legal/cookies for Shopify’s full cookie list.

3. How to Control Cookies

3.1 Our Cookie Consent Banner

When you first visit our Site, a cookie consent banner gives you the choice to accept or decline non-essential cookies by category. Your preferences are saved and applied on subsequent visits. You can update your choices at any time by visiting our Consent Preferences page.

California residents: the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are disabled by default until you give active consent, in compliance with CPRA requirements.

3.2 Browser Settings

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect Site functionality including checkout.

3.3 Google Analytics Opt-Out

To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

3.4 Meta Advertising Opt-Out

To manage how Meta uses your data for advertising across all Meta products, visit facebook.com/ads/preferences. You can also opt out via our Consent Preferences page, which will prevent the Meta Pixel from loading on our Site.

3.5 Mailchimp Email Tracking Opt-Out

Mailchimp tracking is only active if you are subscribed to our email list. To stop Mailchimp tracking, unsubscribe from all Citrus House emails via the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact hello@citrushousecraft.com.

4. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals as there is no uniform standard for how websites should respond to them. We will revisit this position as standards develop.

We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or modify cookies and tracking technologies. The Effective Date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
