How to Make a Whiskey Sour with Dehydrated Lemon Garnish
- 1 Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker without ice. Dry shake for 15 seconds to build foam.
- 2 Add ice and shake again vigorously for 10 seconds.
- 3 Strain into a coupe or rocks glass. If using a rocks glass, fill with ice first.
